New for 2026, Moorland Guides is collaborating with Kate Dixon of Forest Chi to run monthly walks across Dartmoor.
Forest Chi is Tai Chi, qigong, nature awareness and mindfulness all rolled into one. Individually, these three ingredients are powerful tools for transforming and healing our lives and when combined, the end result is greater than the sum of its parts. Knowledge of Tai Chi is not necessary to attend these walks, all levels are welcome from complete beginner to advanced. The walks are usually less than 4 miles, to give time for Tai Chi, Qigong and to tune into nature. Schedule of 2026 walks
